As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are the first line of control against stock loss, weight variances, and operational breakdowns. Joining our growing team, you will collaborate across Production, Procurement, and Logistics to oversee inventory integrity and manage local operational workflows. We are seeking a rigorous, highly organized supervisor with a strong "get-it-done" spirit and excellent attention to detail.
This position requires a balance of analytical precision and firm operational leadership. You will own stock reconciliation in our ERP system while providing clear, structured direction to our on-site loading teams, drivers, and labor handlers. To succeed, you must bring strong problem-solving skills, numerical discipline, and a fair yet firm approach to team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Maintain stock integrity by registering all movements promptly in the ERP system
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile against system records
- Verify weighbridge weights against waybills, POs, and delivery documents
- Supervise, instruct, and coordinate labor handlers and truck drivers on site
- Enforce FIFO stock rotation and maintain safety and housekeeping standards
Must Have
- Minimum of HND in a relevant field
- Proven experience supervising labor crews, loaders, and drivers
- Computer literacy with prior experience operating an ERP system
- Strong numeracy, strict record-keeping discipline, and attention to detail
- Firm and fair leadership style with effective communication skills
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience using Odoo ERP
- Prior experience in raw materials or agricultural feed/logistics operations
- Familiarity with weighbridge operations and logistics document reconciliation
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for stock variance investigation
